The Jewel Within the Lotus
Open
this day to a new dawn. Open this day to the
power and purpose and passion of the lotus.
You are the gift, the jewel within the
lotus. You are the jewel, the lotus itself
within your hearts. And, who you are is the
heart of the universe -the pulse, the
breath. You seem to feel that you are but
one human being- and you are not. Just as
your job or career is not all of who you
are, who you are as a human being is not all
of who you are.
The heart of the universe is held within the
lotus of Earth and all of the beings on
Earth- not just the humans, all of the
beings on Earth, all of Earth itself is this
pulse -is this one love. So, today I ask you
to have compassion and understanding for the
truth of who you are and your place in the
universe. And, know that as you breathe and
live, you have a gift- a very powerful and
beautiful gift that is very important. You
are part of the love, as Spirit, as God,
however you want to call the universal
force, as it unfolds, you are part of this
plan. You aren’t just an inconsequential
being. You each have gifts and power and
encoding and love that holds a very
important space that enables the rest of the
universe to work and flow as it should- and
without you, it would not be the same.
Getting lost in who you are as this human
being is really a sadness. It’s a sadness
for you as you’re on Earth as a being of
flesh. But, it’s a sadness for the universe
because as you do not hold your power to be
true- yet- you can not be completely the
magnificence that you are – your veils, your
perceptions don’t allow it. It’s not that
you’re any less; it’s that you hold yourself
in pain or fear because you do not perceive
it. So, as a human being, you do not bring
all of your gifts into power yet. As the
magnificent light creatures you are, of
course you do- it can not be any other way.
Your limitations here on Earth are drawing
to a close. Your limits on Earth were
preparing you for a time when the world was
ready to accept more light and more love-
and as this happens, it is very important
that you hold your center and hold your love
as your own. You need not accept anyone
else’s fears or doubts or worries. You need
not accept or hold anyone else’s pain, and
you need not accept anyone else’s
perception. There will be many around you
who will choose pain- who will fight- who
will leave the planet and their bodies-
because they can not leave the illusion.
And, as they hold fast to the illusion and
the pain, it’s O.K. Don’t judge the state of
the universe by the pain you see around you-
because all is unfolding as it should.
You may choose to be magnificent creatures
and beings of light. You may choose to
spread this joy and light. And yes, you will
have followers and you will have
disbelievers. Allow them their path. Their
pain and their suffering is of their
choosing. And, what they don’t do here in
this life, they will accomplish elsewhere.
You have the power to hold space for others.
You have the power to hold space for
yourself. Envision yourself as the jewel
within the lotus and know you are supported
and loved by every petal of light. All of
the beings that are here on this side of the
veil are always with you, supporting you,
nurturing you and assisting. You may feel
alone, but you never are. You always have
company and support. We are all One. It can
not be any other way.
It is only your mind which stays in duality,
which forces you to see in such a limited
way. You don’t have to believe on every
level and in every way all that you hear and
see to benefit from this knowledge. All you
need is the seed, the spark of the flame
within you. The little bit of faith- that
maybe somewhere you really are this
magnificent being. And your faith and your
little spark of belief will carry you to the
place where the door opens and you see more
light- and you understand to a greater level
and you feel more peace and more love.
So, you as the jewel within the lotus,
control the unfolding of the petals. You can
keep them closed and be safe; you can open
them and be safe. You can be nurtured. You
can be completely exposed
and know you can never be separated from the
lotus. And, the lotus is the love. The lotus
is Spirit. Everything in the universe is
contained in such a manner. We are all in
the lotus together.
As I sit on this lotus and as I sit in lotus
position, it is symbolic. And, I sit and
hold my center, and I sit and open myself to
the universe. I may sit and choose in any
moment to be within and alone or out and
among you. And, this is symbolic of all in
the universe- of all of you- of your hearts,
of your minds, of your choices, of your
fears, of your love. There is nothing in the
universe that can not be held in the same
space. We are all One. We are the lotus. We
are the jewel. We are the power to manifest
every aspect of all of our selves in any
fashion we choose.
Help others see that they have the power to
unfold safely. Please choose to love
yourselves enough that you do not look
without your own lotus to know who you are;
for validation in any way. I ask you now to
embrace who you are with love and joy and
gentleness. You’ve heard this message so
many times before, in so many ways. But, the
message will always be the same until you
get it- until you choose it. It is one of
peace and love. Namaste.
How to Fill the Space of Your Temple

Beautiful ones, space within you holds
light. Space without you holds
light, but what else does it hold? It holds
your thoughts and it holds your love. It
holds your dreams and your fears. Think
about what you wish to surround yourself
with. If you could compose the inside of
your frame, how would you build it? What
would you place there? If you were starting
as Creator, and you thought, "Here is this
beautiful body, this being will live here,
what shall I place inside? What will they
need for their journey to accomplish their
work?" What is it you would have placed
inside your temple? Would you ever place a
fear or a doubt or a negative judgment of
another? Or, would you choose love and light
and grace? Would you be gentle with
yourself? Think about what is in the space
of your body. What have you housed there? Is
it time for Spring cleaning? Is it time for
you to let go of your pain? Will you choose
joy? Passion? Tenderness? A light heart?
It’s so easy. It takes no effort. The effort
comes when you fight this—when you don’t
allow it. Joy and love and this grace are
the natural state of being. Anything less is
of your own making—your own limits. I think
it’s time to
clean house.
Everyday, as you arise, envision your temple
and ask, "What can I do to love myself more
today?" Ask what you can place within your
temple. Give yourself all the gifts you see.
Maybe there will be a jewel or a color, a
piece of music that speaks to you—maybe the
face of a loved one whom you wish to hold
within your heart. Fill yourself with all of
these things and start your day like this.
And, at the end of the day when you go to
sleep, before you close your eyes, ask,
"What have I gathered along the way that
needs to be released?" Don’t take it to bed.
Don’t take it to your dreams. Release it
first. Clear your temple. Create the sacred
space within and without. As within ~
without.
As you clear your temple and keep it clear,
you will notice the outer manifestations in
your life become clearer, more loving,
gentle and tender. The struggles won’t be so
hard. The work won’t feel like work. Your
imaginary world that is so easy and gentle
and loving will be within—and once it is
within, it can only be without. I ask you
now to heed my words—to love yourselves
enough to give yourselves this time and this
gift. This space, the void that feels so
gentle and comfortable, is first filled with
your perception.
You can notice that those around you in joy
look like they’re joyous. They have a
resonance and a vibration and a light around
them that shows the world they’re dancing
and smiling. And those in pain are just as
easy to see. You can look at yourself in
your own mirror, and with love, ask yourself
what kind of temple do you wish to reside
in? How will you honor it and how will you
nurture it? Don’t wait for rest when you
need it now. Don’t wait to be gentle with
yourself when you need it now.
There are so many ways you can take little
steps to honor and nurture yourself. I ask
you to begin to do this now. I ask you to
embrace completely the love that you are.
And manifest it not only in the areas of
your life where you know you want to change,
but manifest it at home—your home, your
vehicle—in your heart and in your mind, with
every breath. Guide yourself to what is
best. Ask yourself if what you are doing is
loving for you. Be in your own love and joy.
There is nothing that is more important than
the love that you give yourself and the
honor that you can acknowledge within. ~
